We are thrilled that our Pioneer, Victor, has won the Tulare County Character Counts award for Responsibility. Victor is so deserving of this award and we are so proud of this recognition. He demonstrates perseverance and dedication on a daily basis. He is a great example to his peers. Victor always does his best with a positive attitude. Way to go, we are extremely proud of you!
